Print it facing right side up (as though it were wall mounted). Make sure you have support selected for the screw holes so they print nice and even. My print height was .12 and temp was 210. Feel free to remix it for other speed rope brands. Message me if you have any questions.

How I Designed This

Iterations

I went through 3 iterations before I came to the basic block shape with smoothed edges. This turned out to be the most sturdy and reliable out of the previous designs.
