Summary
Downspout to 4" pipe adapter broke, while these are inexpensive and readily available as a whole unit, replacing them in place seems to require disassembling the gutter downspout from the house so I can fit the replacement in place. After searching a bit I decided to just make my own adapter than can be easily fitted in place without needing to adjust the gutter.
The dimensions match the commercially available adapter, but this one is simply split in half with tabs that can be mated using 4 screws.
Just print two of these and you should be in all set.

You might want to use a brim to help keep this adhered to the build plate. I let this run fast as it didn't need to be pretty, might have used a 1.0 nozzle to speed things up, but its been a while since I printed this and don't remember
