Summary

Defuser to redirect exhaust air from 20v DeWalt Vacuum DCV581H. 2 Pieces printed and then pressed together. A little sanding on the inside edge of part A on the hexagonal side can help fit pieces together. If it is too hard to fit, print Part B 1-1.5% smaller. I didn't need to as I just sanded the inside edge of Part A just before the internal ring a little then set Part B on ground with tube side up; slid part A with Barbed side up and hit with a rubber mallet to press together.
Printed with supports, part B with words up. Takes a little work to clear out the supports from inside (long nose pliers, twist & pull with determination) can clear out the supports. Part A I printed with the hexagonal side down and supported the tabs from the base up just to keep them square. Tabs might need to be sanded a bit, but mine fit without any sanding. Make sure tabs are horizontal when inserting then twist hex base 1/8 turn to the right to lock in.
Printed in PLA with 30% triangle infill for some strength using an Ender 5+ with Sonic Pad and a 0.40mm nozzle.
