Summary

Not all filaments allow for a smooth roll so i decided to use real bearings.
This is a remix from Ilikon

I made 3 designs:

No holes
Pre-holes
SexyDesign

NO HOLES
In case you have a weird size bearing you can drill the holes yourself. Make sure that the area where the holes will be drilled is at 100% infill; the rest can be at 20% infill. (You set regions in your slicer)

PRE-HOLES
Works great for 4mm inner diameter bearings: 604, 624, etc

SEXYDESIGN
Not tested but hopefully it works for 3mm bearings: 603, 623, etc. Since these bearing do not have enough outer diameter i have made some round curves to allow contact with bearing. give it a try and let me now if sexy design works. It has no holes so make sure that are has 100% infill to drill holes.

EXTRA:

Support must be enabled except in hinge area (see image)
Using long screws on the clamp closer to the vertical-stand allows the clamp to sit better and prevents clamp from sliding.
