Simple three-piece Venn Puzzle. Print the part (VennPiece) three times, then put it together to create the sphere, which you can store in the box.
This is quite a challenging puzzle to construct. The protos are from a print I created on a Raise 3D E2 with a 0.6 mm nozzle, 0.15 mm layer height for high quality. Once printed, it helps to file/smooth the sharp tips so they do not have any burrs. You must position the corners very precisely for the three pieces to fit together.

- Resolution:0.6 mm, 0.15 layer height

- Notes:
On Raise 3D E2, supports only needed up to 55 degree overhang.
Post-Printing
File the two sharp corners to ensure they are smooth. Not much is needed, but the fit requires sub-mm accuracy.
How I Designed This
I purchased a metal Venn Puzzle from Craighill, then designed my own in Fusion 360 by slicing a sphere using 8 planes that I figured out from looking at the original puzzle. Each plane is offset 0.15 mm to allow for the fit.
