I wanted an insert for all mentioned components with sleeved cards (Mayday standard) and no lid lift. I almost succeeded. The manuals cause a little lift. Only 4 Pens fit in the tray. The large tile lid can not be printed on smaller print beds. As it is very thin I don't recommended cutting it. Just put the tiles in without it.

Card Trays can be used as dispensers if rotated 90° in order to prevent toppling card stacks.
