Summary

A simple hanging shelf I designed to display some models in my man cave, this uses the ball type chains that you get for roof light switches, fans etc.

This is not strong so don't overload it,

I printed the shelf and brackets at 0.28 layer height with 25% infill as this was strong enough for my needs, you will need supports for these due to the underside of where the chain goes through being recessed, for the ball chain clips i printed these at 0.12 layer height with 100% infill.

NOTE: lay everything flat in your chosen slicer. not upright as in the STL previews on here.

Feed the chain through the mounting brackets and then slip the clip over the chain and then pull the chain and clip down into the bracket, then hang your brackets, once brackets are hung feed the chain through the shelf and fit the clips, simple...
