Summary
These are a replacement part for the fault prone axles for split chassis Bachmann locos, I decided to create my own as I only need two, you cannot buy them from bachmann anymore and online it is £8 for 3.
These axles were fitted to many different early Bachmann split chassis steam loco’s. I know they were fitted to V1, V3, A4 and 43xx Mogul, but it is not possible to come up with a definitive list as there are so many variants.
