Summary

Die Abmaße haben bei mir leider überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Ich habe den Innenradius an die Heizung minimal vergrößert. Genauso wie die Aussparungen für die Befestigungsschraube und die Mutter. Das Aussengewinde war top. Allerdings benötigte ich für den Shelly TRV einen längeren Steg, ohne den Abstand zum Ventil zu zu vergrößern. Deswegen habe ich am Flansch Material verkleinert/abgeflacht.

Jetzt sollte der Adapter bei einer Düsenspitze von 0.4mm "out of the box" druck- und nutzbar sein.

Unfortunately the dimensions didn't work for me at all. I slightly increased the inner radius to the heater. Just like the recesses for the fastening screw and nut. The external thread was perfect. However, I needed a longer bridge for the Shelly TRV without increasing the distance to the valve. That's why I reduced/flattened material on the flange.

The adapter should now be printable and usable “out of the box” with a nozzle tip of 0.4 mm.
