This print will create a right side rack ear for a Reolink RLN8-410 POE NVR. You need to mirror the print in your slicer to create the left side rack ear.
To install the rack ears, longer screws stock are required to affix the rack mount ears to the screw holes used to fasten the top panel to the unit. You will need the following:
- Four "4-20 x 1/2" screws
- Four "#4" washers
Once printed, simply remove the original four side screws, position the printed rack ear over the top, align the holes, and fasten securely to the unit.
Use your standard rack mount screws to attach assembled unit to 19" equipment rack.

- This is for the right side mount. To print the left side mount, create a mirror copy of this .stl file in your slicer and print both at the same time.
- The Reolink RLN8-410 NVR is about 5mm taller than a standard 1U rack mount space due to unfortunate protrusions at the bottom of the unit for the desktop feet. These rack ears will work if you have a free space in your rack underneath the NVR unit. or if there is a partial height item racked below
- 40% infill with PLA seems to be quite stiff. You can play with a higher infill percentage, but I don't think it's required.
