Summary
This is a vacuum adapter for a Harbor Freight 5" Orbital Palm Sander (Chicago Electric brand). It replaces the dust bag. I have included two versions: one has a flat surface which requires less external support structure when using a FDM printer, and the second does not include the flat surface if you have a resin printer.
This adapter was designed to be used with a Festool vacuum hose. The adapter has an inside diameter of approximately 35 mm. This model is no longer sold by Harbor Freight. I purchased mine around 2017.
