Summary

insert LEDs into the LED ports, using mine for a RAID card's indicator LED headers, but could be used for anything.

How I Designed This

remixed it by adding holes to it for the mount points i need, and for the LEDs

added cylinders of correct sizes, translated them to where the holes should go, and did a Boolean modifier to cut out the holes where the panel and the cylinders intersect
