Summary

Got out the old caliper and made this file because I accidentally broke the clip off of my ArmorBOX holster for the ZFlip 5. It's not an exact replica, but it does work, as I am currently using it. Turns out pretty decent with the following setting/material:

Hot End: 220 c
Bed: 70 c
Print Speed: 60mm/s
Fan Speed: 50%
Supports: Enabled; Normal; Everywhere
Material/Brand: PETG/FIROS 1.75mm (Print Temp 190 c - 230 c)
Placement: Place model on its side in Cura or whatever slicer you like.

SPECIAL NOTE: Although this particular PETG material says it can be used at a range of temperatures, I have found through testing 4 full spools (2.2LBS/1KG), that the best results I achieved were while I printed Items at 220 c on the Hot End and 70 c on the print bed. If you choose a different material, just use whatever settings you usually do, should be fine.

The item isn't 100% finished, but it is usable and works with a little bit of elbow grease.

You can use any filament you want, but because it'll probably get knocked around alot I would use PETG or PLA+.

Post-Printing

Not much required.

Just remove the supports, good to go after that.

How I Designed This

Out of necessity.

My phone case clipped onto my side, caught on something and sheered off part of the belt clip. So I took all my measurement manually with a caliper, did math, built it in Shapr3d and exported it as a .3mf file to Cura. Now I'm sharing it with you, so that you can also fix your ArmorBOX belt clips.
