Summary

I picked up a really nice, brand new faucet on an auction, which turned out to be missing the main mounting nut which I was unable to find anywhere. Undaunted, I turned to Fusion, designed a nut, then proceeded to try variations until I found a very nice combination which works well. For a little extra security, you could put an automotive hose clamp around the flats of the nut and then clamp down on the clearance cut to make it extra secure- but for now mine is working great! Hope it helps you.

I printed in PETG on a Ender 3 pro with a 0.4 nozzle- got a good strong result and finish. I don't think I would use PLA for a sink nut but PETG or ABS should be fine.
