Summary
This is a hook intended for vertical radiators with 25.3mm round tubes and a 20.2mm central gap. It uses an M5x20mm cap head machine screw and nut which is hidden behind the threaded cap. Fits nice and tight on my radiator but please bear in mind I have no idea what I'm doing.
Just print parts 1 to 3.

Threaded parts
My threaded parts needed some cleanup, a couple of twisting it back and forth until it seats nice is required. Your print settings might be better however.
