Summary

I needed a flange for my Volvo B6254 1995 960. I lasercut the flange but i realised that probaly someone wants to print a template and drill/cut to make their own so i uploaded the template here!
Perfect yor your Long Tube header build or Tubular Exhaust Manifold build on a budget!

I recommend atlest a 10 -12mm thick flange!

Fits atlest ALL 4 valve/cylinder engines. I dont know about 2 valve engines.
The same exhaust layout is used on all Whiteblock 4/5/6 cylinder engines as its a modular engine! So this fits B4204, B4184, B5234T T5, B5254, B6254, B6304 etc from 1991-2005!
No difference in N or RN block head ports.

Theres 3 files.
One Short version thats 195mm long and one 295mm long and that means how long the flange template is.
Allso one is Full flange for a 6 cylinder engine!
so if your printer is 200x200x200 use the short and if your printer is 300x300x300 use the longer. When using the template just draw a line in each hole and outline then move template to get the next cylinder!
Center to Center measurement between the bolt holes should be 91mm!
