Summary

This is a knob for a 100w Chinese laser that replaces the little key that comes with the laser. It is intended to fit snugly so you can print several and install them permanently. I have included step, stl, and f3d (Fusion) files. I printed mine using PLA. Print one first and see how it fits. If it is a little off, you can scale the stl, edit the step, or edit the associated sketch of the triangle in the fusion file. For me, a tenth of a mm larger results in a sloppy fit, and a tenth of a mm smaller didn't fit.
The idea was inspired by Laser Cutter Door Knob by jacampb2 but it is a complete redraw.
