Summary
I couldn't figure out how to use 1a_base.stl from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6533249 without supports gumming up the ratchet, so I applied the bridging technique from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8FbHTcB05w. If you look at the bottom, you can see the new rectangular cutouts.
Print at 0.2mm layer height with no supports.
WIP: I haven't actually built the whole device yet.
