Summary

Fuse together ebike.ca 24 pole mini PAS and pinion c.12 sungear plastic cover.
No gearbox internal changes are needed. PAS gear is attached via piece of hex tool to the pinion sungear

BOM:
1) spare c.12 cap and hole drill
2) PAS and soldering iron to flip sensor on PCB
3) piece of 3 mm hex wrench

Random notes:
So far it survived one snow rich winter ( -27 C), spring and total of ~ 1000 km of happiness
Probably it won't invalidate gearbox guarantee since I can always flip original cap back
Newer e-bike ready pinions have built in torque sensors
My printer is old fart self built decade ago
I did it for my needs - so no real documentation
