Summary

I turn my multi tool coming from Action model CTM1025 to a mini trimmer.

It was not so easy due to the shape of the tool head.

A Dremel has a thread to attach a support not this one, the shape is really difficult to manage.

So i designed a bridle to block the head, that allows also to continue to use light in the head.

The rest of the design is easy to understand

As threads in general you need to have a well calibrated printer to alloy the part to screw together.

I printed each part separatly, also I can use variable layer thinkness in ORCA slicer. Layer change from 0.08 to 0.3 mm and it is fine.

Print the Bride part form the filet to the top, there a special thin layer to avoid support and it is more stable.

No bordure or bribe necessary.

No support exept for the Platine part, only for the cone at the bottom.

You need a well calibrated printer to alow the Boitier to slide in the platine with not so much gap.

Post-Printing

Nothing.
