Summary

I didn't know this already existed, so I created one from scratch. I still wanted to give credit to the original though!

My design also has ramps on the hinge to keep the cover in the open position. It also has a recessed band for the label - I found this to be a useful guide for a finger grip when opening the cover.

If FPM printing, I found it best to print sideways at a 45° angle with the outside (front) of the cover facing down, so the layer lines are biased to provide strength in the hinges in both sideways and front/back directions.

I also needed rafts/supports along the length of the edge to promote plate adhesion. Organic supports work best here.

Set "XY separation between an object and its support" to "100%" to allow supports to break off cleanly.
