Summary
I found that thetwister3000's button cover was the perfect size and fit for the ford focus mk2, but it lacked a USB variant.
This one is specifically made for Junsun's USB dongle, no need to glu it, it will hold just using the tight fit. Might not work for every dongle but a bit of sanding will help.
There's also a small hole below the usb dongle, it was made for cable passthrough as I have routed them behind the dashboard (see attached picture).
