Summary
These covers fit in where additional GNX modules would connect to the gladiator base. They remove any unwanted material to make the base slimmer and more suitable for a center mount. They may also fit other GNX modules, but I cannot verify this.
There's no additional hardware required as they click in place and get fixed by the baseplate.
