This was designed for a competition to be a "Smart Cup". It holds a Raspberry Pi Zero and the lovely 2 inch Waveshare screen https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B081Q79X2F It's got cutouts for 2 buttons and a micro-USB charging port on the bottom and is used with a temperature sensor glued onto the side of the metal cup with heatsink plaster - obviously a lot of the sensor surface area will still be in contact with a lot of the air and probably would benefit from insulation on top of it.
There is over 20mm of space at the bottom, which is enough for a battery, charging circuit and spare wires etc.
WARNING: be VERY careful with electricity/batteries and any liquid or heat!!!
There is a hole above the Pi for wires to come out that go to a water flow meter and the team logo cut into the bottom, but I've provided versions without these if you want to actually make this! :)

It makes use of the stainless steel NON-double-walled cups that are all over Amazon etc very cheaply. That way you can take them out and wash them and not have 3D printed filament touching your lips. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BR1ZF79S
It will be insulated from your hand with the air-gap between the metal cup, but you should not use it for hot materials if you're using a battery inside.
You should use supports for the top of the handle, the holes for the wires/buttons and maybe the curve at the bottom of the handle, but apart from that it's very easy to print.
I used PLA+ and it seems strong. I wouldn't advise weaker filaments like silk. I like to print with 0.6mm layer width and this is optimised for that, but you can always experiment with different widths and preview to make sure that you don't have gaps between your walls. Have at least 3 or 4 shells for strength. I'd recommend 20% infill for strength.
