Summary
I am a fan of the North American Arms tiny revolver, but reloading it is not swift, as any owner will attest. This is printable cap you can use on a spare cylinder to retain the .22LR cartridges in storage or your pocket. This is only intended for .22lr, though it should work for .22 short. It has not been tested with .22 magnum but should be able to scale up.
A small tab protrudes from the inner surface to engage with the cylinder timing slots to keep the cap firmly attached. This tab doesn't print exceptionally well on my Ender-3 V2 Neo, but it is functional, as the images attest.
Scale the model so that it is 25mm around to fit your cylinder.
