Summary

A good friend of mine (Jeremy Fergusson - LGM Graphics) came up with this idea long ago for routing servo wires and air / fuel lines in an RC Jet. Such a simple design, and yet sooooo effective in cleaning up an equipment install in your fuselage. Since then, it's been copied and sold all over the place. He's a good guy and deserves a little credit. (He knows I'm posting these files)

I have modelled up the tidy strips in 3mm PU hose, 4mm PU fuel line, 6mm PU fuel line, and for servo wire. The 3mm also fits Robart air line.

IMPORTANT - print the strips on their sides (see image), so the hose or wire will be sticking up from your print bed. This ensures the layering pattern gives you maximum strength in the tabs. If you were to print them from the bonding surface up instead, the layering will make the tabs far weaker.

Last note, if printed on their sides, I have slightly tapered the top and bottom surfaces. This will help ensure that you don't get any sharp edges from table misalignment / flatness or Z axis accuracy issues.

Once printed; cut them to size, lightly sand both bonding surfaces, and glue them with CA Glue (Zap A Gap) wherever you need to!

0.2mm layer, 0.4 nozzle works but 0.2 might be cleaner. I used eSun PLA+. The parts are so small that there's probably no infill. I have mine set to 20% anyway.
