Summary
There are many hot-end fan covers available for the Creality Ender 3 Pro, but the few I tried seemed to be too close or restrictive and created even more noise from the fan.
I made this cover deeper and more open to allow decent air flow and lower the previously mentioned noise. It simply clips on the front of the hot-end.
