Summary

Calibration parts for calibrating horizontal expansion and hole horizontal expansion.

I prefer the HE_*.stl parts due to quick print times and low filament usage.

Calibrating horizontal expansion:

Measure the outside of the model ... The value is positive if the measurement is too small, negative if the measurement is too large
HE_14mm_10mm.stl:
- HE = (14 - Measurement) / 2
HE_10mm_6mm.stl:
- HE = (10 - Measurement) / 2

Calibrating hole horizontal expansion:

Measure the inside hole of the model... The value is positive if the measurement is too small, negative if the measurement is too large
HE_14mm_10mm.stl:
- HHE = (10- Measurement) / 2
HE_10mm_6mm.stl:
- HHE = (6- Measurement) / 2

M3 Nut Test (M3_Nut_Test.stl):

Intended for use after calibrating HE and HHE. Use it to verify an M3 nut fits snuggly into a recess.

Hex Wrench Test (Hex_Wrench_Test.stl):

Intended for use after calibrating HE and HHE. Use it to verify the hex holes are adequately sized to allow something (hex wrenches in this case) to easily slide in and out.
