Summary
These plastic plugs are made to fit down into the Bosch EV injector pocket for Subaru manifolds. They are a touch loose so you don't get hard plastic shavings from jamming them in. Tape over to secure them if needed.
These are a first version release and are just a little oblong in fitment. If you don't trust tape and want to fill the hole with something, then these are cheap and easy with local 3D printing.
Settings used:
Anycubic Mega X with direct drive mod.
ASA filament
1mm nozzle
50% infill
All 4 should print in about 45m-1hr on 35mm/s.

How I Designed This
Basic cylinders in TinkerCAD.
This took maybe 5 minutes combining a flatter 3mm x 25mm tall cylinder and a 16.5 x 17mm tall cylinder.
