Summary

My Samsung condenser clothes dryer has a secondary foam lint filter after the initial screen filter and just before the condenser. This filter is prone to lifting away from the housing and allowing unfiltered air to enter and clog the condenser element with moist lint.

I have designed a brace that helps retain the foam filter inside the filter housing better, reducing the amount of unfiltered air access to the condenser.

The brace sits on the original filter retaining pegs and is retained with two circular collars that fit on the pegs vertically (grooves on the collar are vertical) and are then turned 90 degrees to retain the collar/brace.

No supports or rafts are needed. I made mine from ABS but you can use PLA as the air temperatures aren't hot enough to be an issue.
