Summary
Remixed. This should work with all base pads. The stock orange pads and the Mecgar Plus 2 extensions are confirmed to work. 2 holes on each side. A Set screw would be preferred to secure it. The other hole is for the hammer spring retaining pin.
You MUST use short grips with this. Check out my short grips and Magazine release button for extended mag releases.
