Summary
I printed the part for my Ender 3 V3 KE, but upon installation, I noticed that the tab was too short and didn't make contact with the extruder plate. So, I added an extra 3 mm to the tab, everything else remains exactly the same. I've been using this modification for a few days now and haven't noticed any more dust generated by the friction of the X-axis belt.
