Summary

This is a complete rework of the Micro Swiss NG Shroud, based on hebnern's simplified model.

The reason is simple: I wanted an even distribution of airflow. I am also convinced that a single 5015 is strong enough if the air is properly distributed. So I designed a split inlet for the 5015 fan and also optimized the inner air shafts.

Though I was not able to simulate the airflow with CFD, I have made some classic water tests and at least it looks promising. :)

Notes:
I printed the Model with supports on build plate only, in addition I set the overhang threshold angle to 5º, so only the middle area of the shroud is being supported.
All other bridges and overhangs came out just fine without support (may be different for your printer).

Since the outlets are quiet near to the nozzle, I recommend to use ABS or ASA for printing.
