Compatibility mod for BenQ ScreenBar Halo for thick monitors.
Opening case
- Remove 4 screws. 2 under regulatory label, 2 under corner of foam pad. (Pic1)
- Use a spudger to separate sides at the curved double stick tape and then remove whole cover in one piece (translucent and grey part). (Pic2)
- Remove flat flex by flipping up black lever ▲ Remove 4 screws under foam pad. (Pic3)
Modification to case
Drill hole and elongate into a slot in counterweight case offset to connector side. (Pic4)
Camera attached using a ¼'-20x½' pan head screw
