Summary

A box that can be printed with no supports and the lid is held in place with magnets. The magnets for the files included here must be 5mm x 2.75mm - 3mm. Simply drop the magnets into their recesses and secure with glue. Ensure they are the correct way around so magnets in the base attract the magnets in the lid.

Included here are a selection of sizes for downloading and printing direct.

To adjust the box to your own size requirements you can copy the project from my OnShape account to your own and edit it however you like. There are parameters for length, width, height and also parameters for the size of the magnets in case you have different sized ones you want to use.
