Summary

Vent Cone Wall Mount:
The vent is one of those old school, screw cap vents, and the design is too shallow, so I had to pull the support in the hole out a bit. Hope whoever wants to make this exhaust system with this part makes it a bit smaller and decreases the inner lip size if they try the same set up. Can easily create a cylinder and cut it from the part. But it will work just pulling the screw point out of the wall a bit as in the picture. Used esun PLA+ at 50% infill the hose connection point was a bit small so I printed with a brim and it still shrunk so I wrapped it with electric tape and the hose fit perfect. Also I put some calking around the seal points.

The hoses:
They're from an old hot tub internal plumbing. I got them for like 5 bucks at a second hand store and they are perfect for this application. they came with a filter and pump but you can put whatever filter you want in. I just used the charcoal filter in the print chamber and bought an exhaust fan. 34.5mm OD at the connection point.

Exhaust Fan:
I got it from Amazon,
= 100 mm noiseless air puller, extractor fan, 12 W/130 m³/minute, energy saving, for bath, toilet, tent, garage, kitchen and toilet.
If doing it again I'd get a bigger better fan than this, but this works for the most part.

Hose Connection:
These will be custom to whatever hose you use and literally takes seconds to CAD it up. Printed with esun PLA+ and PETG

Fan Housings: Printed with esun PETG. had some issues with bubbling. amazed it even printed without supports. if doing it again I'd just use supports and a brim!

Air Vent to printer connection:
Printed with esun PETG. only 2 bolts actually reach and hold it on. possibly need better bolts for it that are another few mm longer, but it works with the stock printer bolts. For the Seal I used a piece of TPU i shaped into the grove. I'd use supports as the bolt ears were a but tricky but they turned out ok using the X MAX 3

The Exhaust Hose Mount:
I printed with esun PLA+. Not sure what I did with the STLs for the back plate for it and the nuts and bolts but it’s pretty easy for anyone to CAD their own in a few minutes or use M5 bolts It is a bit loose for this hose, but again I just made the hose thicker with electrical tape. Is more of a specific item tailored for how, or if you want a support at all.
