Summary

So I couldn't wait for belt for OAT project and try to print mine. The thing is I've not used TPU yet, so I've done it out of PETG.

The belt was printed in Vase mode and is thin and weak itself, it designed to be forced from outside. I've used line of plastic bottle, just glued it. I think a teflon or synthetic line also work.

Fusion 360 file included so you can design your own.

Length of spiral 2 262mm
Number or teeth 1 131 (for 2mm tooth step)
Use Fusion to change basic part and just make an array along spiral, then combine it.
