Summary

This bench / portable power supply and USB-C / USB-A / USB PD charger is designed to work off a Makita 18v battery or from an external power brick through a barrel jack.

The model uses a board to automatically switch between battery and external power source and is also supposed to disconnect at 12V, thereby protecting the battery from over-discharge. That said, I have not completely tested it since my Makita batteries seem to have an internal protection that turns them off around 12V.

Prints with supports with the face of the PSU facing the bed.

Assembly:

Cut wires into 4-5" sections and crimp the connectors as shown in the photos. The uncrimped ends can be dipped in solder to keep the strands together, but really don't have to. The only thing that requires soldering is the middle pin of the barrel jack. If you are unsure how to do it - lookup soldering XT40 connectors on Youtube.
Attached wires to their respective components. Screw the battery plate wires into the terminals of the power supply/battery control board.
Screw the battery plate down to the case.
Insert and screw the power supply/battery management board to the case through the large round opening (this is optional - it can stay in place by friction).
Screw in the barrel connector.
Insert the larger washer for the USB-C/PD module into the case and screw the module into the washer.
Insert switches and the spring terminals.
Fish all the wires to the outside and connect them and the PSU unit using WAGO connectors.
Push the wires and the connectors into the case. Push the PSU unit into the case.
