Summary

Late submission for the eclipse tomorrow, but here it is. Use's 3mmx2mm magnets in the corners to hold the face plate on. If you don't have magnets handy, small clamps or clips should work ok too.

This is designed for a Chinese knockoff go pro, so I don't know how well standard mounts will fit. V3 has more coverage to prevent reflections inside, V2 is more open to fit more cameras.

I'm using mylar as my filter. Place a small piece of your filter on the front, snap the faceplate on, and trim to fit.

If you want magnets, print both pieces face down and you MUST add a pause at the layer before the voids are covered over. Stack your magnets into one stack, stick it in the opening, slide the stack off. Once you've filled one piece with 4 magnets, flip your stack over so they are oriented correctly. Repeat on second piece.

I printed without supports, but you could add custom supports at the steep overhang.
