Summary
I rotated and shorten a little bit the arrow to be compatible with the 3rd edition of the game.
I printed it scaled to 88%, it's a bit loose but 't's ok.
Trying to get the perfect fit could be frustrating: it highly depends by your printer's capacities and tuning. In example, I tried 88.5% and it didn't fit few of the holes: I could have filed them but I preferred not to dedicate any more time to this work.
