This is a hybrid of Ender 3 X Gantry Cover w/ Camera Mounting Arm by UnknownVar and Raspberry Pi Camera V2 Mount for Ender 3 v2 by crsn00. I cut and trimmed the gantry mount, then took the ball mount from the PI camera kit and incorporated it into the design.
The PI camera kit was my initial print, but I found it blocked the home switch for the X-axis.
I'm new at Blender, so I didn't know how to manifold it properly (I made new vertices and faces instead of blocks). I ran it through the Formware STL Fixer, and it cleaned up my manifold mistakes.

As this needs to support mounting screws for the gantry axis motor, I beefed up the walls to 3.2mm and top/bottom to 1.6mm. This creates solid supports for the portion that mounts to the gantry, and the camera mount is at a 25% infill. I do recommend supports, at least for the base (90-degree overhangs).
Printed at 220-degrees C printhead, 65-degrees C bed.
How I Designed This
Several hours in Blender trying to figure out how to bisect and merge the two mount designs.
I didn't get the end to form completely right, and it kind of looks a little wonky, but function of fashion was my overall goal.
