Summary

Simple design for holding a wheel bearing at the end of an axle to tension a belt.

This design was replicated from the supplied acrylic part that came with a Zonestar Z5M2 that broke.

Has a single hole for bearing to be attached to at the end, two holes for tnuts to be bolted to, which the two nuts stabilise position in metal frame, and adjusts belt tension by sliding up and down and tighten again.

Replacement parts required for tensioning Zonestar Z5M2.
1x 25mm M4 bolt
2x 10mm M4 bolts
2x 20mm washers
2x 10mm washers
1x M4 nut
2x 5mm Outer, 4mm inner washers
2x Tnuts
1x 5mm plastic spacer
1x 10mm by 5mm wheel bearing
