The Umarex U3 works quite good out of the box but if you want to squeeze better performance out of it you might try printing 8 of these baffles and one spacer. The one think I dislike about the U3 neo design is that the baffles are very loose inside the moderator and can cause POI drift especially when you take it apart for cleaning and put it back together. The baffles may not sit in the same spot as before and cause important POI drift.
The STL shared is designed for .22 (5.5mm) pellets. It will be ok also for .177 but might clip for .25. If you own a .25 version you may want to make the hole a little bigger.
Physically the hole should be around 7mm and is big enough for the 6.35mm pellet to pass trough but the bore of your barrel is not necessarily perfectly concentric with the shroud and you may get clipping or big POI drift.

How I Designed This
Th model was designed my making a solid shape with the outer dimensions and then removing the inner part.
