Summary

I saw someone had posted this amazing design, but I wanted a few additions:

I wanted to be able to use it in superview without the amount of TPU visible
I wanted it to still have some protection for the front and back of the camera
I needed something specific for the Source 1 V5
I wanted to be able to see the back screen

90% of the design was done, and I just remixed it and made some small changes to fit my needs. I print this on its side with supports at 85% infil with Priline TPU and have great results.

Notes:
Generate supports everywhere to support 38 degree overhang. I used zigzag for supports with density of 18%
