Summary
This is a rear door for the Kenner Ecto-1 rerelease with no window, and no recessed area for the Ghostbusters decal sticker. Was inspired by Tom's Geeky Garage who created a nice rear door model, however it didn't fit the newer release of the Kenner Ecto-1.
I remodeled the rear door to fit the newer release, it took quite a few iterations, but the fit and finish looks pretty good now. Also took out the recessed area for the decal sticker, I think a flush fit looks much better.
I highly recommend checking out Tom's Geeky Garage, he has done some great work updating the Kenner Ecto-1.
Will likely create a version with more movie accurate details in the future. Enjoy!
