Summary

My Headband broke and the sliding thing always pops out and its very annoying so i figured i want to still use them and tape did not really do the job (for a long time) and i didnt want to put a lot of hotglue on there.

I only needed 5 iterations for the main part and only 5 for the second part. And yes, i need to say this for my self confidence.

My first Three iterations were without the second part and just clipped on but i think it wouldnt hold really long and would fall of frequently. so a second part was necessary to tighten it more. First version is attached as blend.

If you want to do some other mods for this headphones, be welcome to download my .blend file to find a - best i could do - reconstruction of the headband (i used it as a boolean to get my part).

on the second part, pay some attention to the z-seams as they would be placed very badly in my cura setup and would produce z-seams at all edges and would therefore not be strong where it should be strong
