Summary

With this tool you can replace the handle of your Danica Danvice with a ball bearing version. Its cool!

All you need is Frogtape and a Type: Size 608 ball bearing.

To print the handle, print both templates, the stick print with 100 % infill and the handle with at least 15% infill.

The original screw fits - please Turn the screw in very straight to install the handle.

I glued the pin in the ball bearing with superglue and used Frogtape to precisely measure the handle up to the outerside of ball bearing with insert the ball - the pin must not touch the handle and the tape measure must not touch the ball bearing.

So that the pen can rotate freely.

The ball bearing handle is fully assembled for easier handling when tying flies.

Mit diesem Werkzeug können Sie den Griff Ihres Danica Danvice durch eine kugelgelagerte Version ersetzen.

Sie benötigen lediglich Panzerband und ein Kugellager vom Typ: Größe 608.

Drucken Sie beide Vorlagen aus, drucken Sie den Stift mit 100 % Füllung und den Griff mit mindestens 15 % Füllung.

Die Originalschraube passt – bitte drehen Sie die Schraube ganz gerade hinein, um den Griff zu montieren.

Ich habe den Stift mit Sekundenkleber in das Kugellager geklebt und mit Panzerband den Griff bis zum Kugellager mit Einsatz genau abgemessen – der Stift darf den Griff nicht berühren und das Panzerband darf das Kugellager nicht berühren außer die Außenseite.

Damit sich der Stift frei drehen kann, ohne zu kratzen.

Der kugelgelagerte Griff ist komplett montiert für eine einfachere Handhabung beim Fliegenbinden.
