Summary
The sponge holder basket (bottom) itself is 7 inches wide and 2.5 inches tall. The total height of the sponge holder bottom is 4 inches. The clips are 1 inch by 1 inch and the distance between (inside) the 2 sides is 1.309 inches (the part that would clip on the center of the sink).

I recommend tree support as it seems to be easier to remove. I recommend printing the bottom part standing up like how it is used. For the top clips I recommend printing those in a way that makes them the strongest, so if you're looking at the print plate from above they will look like a "C".
Custom Section
The top clips are designed to pop in and slide up the slot in a way where it pinches tight to hold it in place.
