You can 3D print with the material of your choice, I used ASA because I had it. Also, use PETG, I advise against PLA due to deformations in the sun or outdoors. You can lay the beam on the flat plane, and cut the first 1.5 or 2 mm of the beam to ensure it adheres to the plane properly. In your slicer software, enable the "bridges" function (or adjust it as needed) to avoid printing supports. Do not add infill, and make 3 walls (with a 0.4 mm nozzle).

Post-Printing

No post-printing process needed, if your 3D printer is accurately tuned.

How I Designed This

With Fusion 360, I designed the entire circle, then sectioned it to make it effectively printable on a "classic" plane with limits around 20cm per side. You have to print 17 parts.
