Summary
My kid really wanted to connect train with a car (both toys with hooks) so first I have made simple short connector. Piece was very small, so I have designed longer and safer version.
Later I saw that my kid is placing small toys on this connector so I have designed additional versions, first with horizontal nippels and second with vertical ones.
At least at my printer they fit pretty tight on first try, but after some time it fit perfectly.

I think that printer, printer setting doesn't matter. Two of those were printed with rafts and supports, other two without and results are very similar.
